If you are particularly nervous, we offer dental sedation to make you feel fully relaxed during your dental procedures.
The best way to look after your teeth and gums at home is to maintain a good oral hygiene routine. Brush for two minutes twice a day, using interdental brushes to reach the areas between your teeth. You should also limit sugary snacks and drinks and make sure you visit the dentist regularly.
