Whether you are a new patient or one of our valued existing patients, our treatment coordinators become your dedicated point of contact. They guide you through your dental journey at Smilestyle, building trust and ensuring your needs and preferences are taken into account.
We are pleased to offer a complimentary initial consultation with the TCO. This gives you the chance to discuss your ideal results, communicate your concerns, and explore your treatment options, subject to a full clinical assessment from a dentist.
We know that meeting a new dentist for the first time can be worrying. Our TCO is here to help make your first experience more relaxed, able to introduce you to your dental care professionals and explain your needs and concerns to them.
Your free TCO consultation will last around half an hour, and will be followed by a guided tour of the practice. You will also have the chance to informally meet our team. At the end of your consultation, the TCO can arrange a convenient appointment for you to visit the practice to see the dentist.
Please note our treatment coordinators are not dentists and cannot make a diagnosis, provide a definitive treatment plan or carry out any treatment. A new patient consultation with one of our dentists is £120.00.
